RTX is seeking an experienced Data Architect/Data Engineer to design and maintain scalable HR data architecture in Snowflake, and to build robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Matillion. You will enforce governance, data quality, lineage, and security across metadata systems while collaborating with product, delivery, and BI teams to deliver data solutions.

The role requires strong SQL Server skills, DevOps practices, and experience with data governance, metadata management, and secure data access.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience, with at least 8 years in data architecture/engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering.
• Strong Snowflake design, modeling, and performance experience.
• Experience with API integrations and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong SQL Server skills and performance tuning.
• Experience with governance, metadata management and data security.
• Git version control and automated deployment for data assets.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain scalable HR data architecture in Snowflake.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines with Matillion.
• Define data governance, quality, lineage, and naming standards.
• Develop data controls to ensure data integrity.
• Implement security policies for user views and semantic layers.
• Manage SQL Server environments used for metadata management.
• Establish DevOps for schemas, pipelines and data models.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and BI teams to turn requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Provide guidance on data architecture, integration, and analytics.
• Create documentation for data architectures, governance, and integrations.
