Job summary

VivSoft is seeking a Data Architect with deep expertise in data modeling and enterprise integrations to own the ARES data model governance and API documentation. The role requires strong Salesforce architecture experience and DoD data integration chops.

You will lead production integrations, build test endpoints, and collaborate with government stakeholders while aligning with VAULTIS and DoD data standards. 8–12+ years in data engineering and 3–5+ Salesforce experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of data engineering/science experience; 3-5+ with Salesforce architecture.
• Experience with DoD/DoW data sources (DEERS, MilPDS, Envision, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Own the data model and govern cross-team data model change requests through the Solution Architect.
• Designs and builds production integrations.
• Build mock endpoint infrastructure for integration development and validation.
• Author and maintain API documentation (definitions, schemas, inventories, test evidence).
• Ensure alignment with DoD/VAULTIS data strategy.
• Serve as a technical lead engaging directly with government stakeholders.
