Collectiv is seeking a Project Lead - Data and Analytics to drive client-facing data and AI initiatives from discovery through delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope and timelines, and translate business needs into practical analytics solutions using the Microsoft Data Stack and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management with Microsoft Data stack including Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and analytics projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage scope, timelines, and risks.
• Engage clients and provide strategic guidance on analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
• Oversee design and delivery to align with objectives and quality standards.
