Job summary

JBS International, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst IV/Data Lead to guide analytics for Head Start and related programs. Lead a team of analysts, design data pipelines, and deliver insights to improve program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field from an accredited university or college.
• 10 years of experience conducting complex and multi-faceted data projects.
• 3 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, ETL tools, API development.

Responsibilities

• Leads a multidisciplinary team of analysts to conduct data management services, including data entry, data quality, and governance.
• Oversees data infrastructure and engineering, data processing and transformation, data product development.
• Develops and maintains user-informed, accessible, accurate, and secure data management processes and systems.
• Develops Smartsheet platform to support workflow, task tracking, and management of grant applications.
• Develops and ensures accurate documentation to support knowledge transfer of data projects, and maintain official records of data projects.
• Leads analysis to generate recommendations to improve efficiency of data management and data analysis work flow.
