Job summary

Relief International in the United States is seeking a Data Analytics & ERP Consultant for a 3-month remote contract to consolidate country-office award data into a live Power BI dashboard and prepare data structures for the NetSuite transition.

This role requires advanced Power BI skills, NGO data management experience, and the ability to design bridge data solutions during system changes, with reporting for AMU and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in humanitarian/development sector data management.
• Advanced Power BI skills required.
• Working knowledge ERP/grants-management systems.
• Understanding of sub-award/grants-management concepts: ICR/NICRA, FFATA, due diligence and risk assessment, OCA.

Responsibilities

• Data Consolidation & Management: consolidate country-office award data into a master dataset with version control.
• Reporting & Power BI Dashboard: build a live dashboard, refresh cadence, role-based access.
• NetSuite Transition Support: map dashboard fields to NetSuite and provide bridge solutions.
• Interim/bridge data solutions: provide temporary reporting mechanisms during transition.
• Post-transition: advise on NetSuite integration and governance, including API connectivity.
