Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Physics, Data Science or related field with 6 years of experience.
• 6 years' hands-on experience with SAS or SQL data manipulation.
• Experience with common ML models, regression, unsupervised learning and time series.
• 3 years' experience with life sciences data (claims, EHR).
• 1 year' experience managing Data & Analytics projects and responsibilities.
• 100% telecommuting is permitted.
• Ability to work 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2 to 3 D&A projects and oversee assigned teams.
• Guide Analysts/Senior Analysts/Consultants on project problems.
• Coordinate with data vendors and client teams on data and methodology.
• Innovate project approaches and lead scalable coding practices.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Mentor team members and contribute to coaching.
• Elevate quality and clarity of outputs with directed storytelling.
