Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources into reporting solutions.
• Build sophisticated Tableau dashboards and visualizations from the ground up.
• Develop dashboard views for different audiences and executive-level reporting with drill-downs.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Conduct discovery conversations with senior stakeholders to understand needs.
• Determine metrics, level of detail, and functionality for each dashboard.
• Create dashboard mock-ups, prototypes, or presentations to demonstrate solutions.
• Present recommendations to executive leadership and incorporate feedback.
• Analyze healthcare data including compliance, operational, clinical, and audit data.
