Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 2–5 years of experience with data analysis.
• Familiarity with standard statistics and BI tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Chartio).
• Experience with reporting packages and databases (SQL Server, SSIS).

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and tactical support by analyzing data to develop creative solutions.
• Develops and implements data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Analyzes results using statistical techniques and prepares ongoing reports.
• Identifies trends in complex data sets and interprets business value.
• Delivers end-to-end analysis development and informs stakeholders with dashboards.
• Collaborates with business and technical teams to understand context and value in data.

• Performs additional projects as assigned.
