Job summary

You will work with large datasets, spreadsheets, databases, and case management systems while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Analysis or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excel skills: formulas, filtering, lookups, PivotTables, large datasets.
• Attention to detail and data quality focus.
• Experience across multiple systems and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and ensure data accuracy across sources.
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Manipulate large datasets using Excel and other tools.
• Organize, reconcile, and present information for stakeholders.
• Maintain reports, tracking tools, and data quality metrics.
• Update databases and case management systems with verified data.
• Gather requirements and deliver accurate analytical results.
• Perform QA reviews to improve data integrity and processes.
• Document methods, findings, and limitations for auditability.
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
• Handle confidential information per policy.
