Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.

• Ability to work independently on assigned projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
• 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and other BI tools.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and discrepancies relevant to organizational needs.
• Develop recurring and ad hoc reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Use SQL and other data-access tools to retrieve, combine, and prepare data for reporting and analysis.
• Validate reporting results against source systems and business rules; investigate discrepancies and resolve data-quality issues.
• Collaborate with business users and technical staff to gather requirements and translate questions into analytical solutions.
• Support and troubleshoot dashboards, reports, data sources, and scheduled refreshes; assist users in using reporting resources.
• Document dashboards, SQL queries, calculations, data sources, and business rules; identify continuous improvement opportunities.
