R3 Continuum LLC is seeking a Data Analyst I for a remote role based in Minnesota with commutable distance to Minneapolis. You will design and deliver reports, perform data analysis, and support cross-functional teams using SSRS, SQL, and Power BI.

The position emphasizes accuracy, governance, and training users in data tools. The role requires solid English communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to build SSRS reports.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Ability to use Power BI including DAX and M language.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Excel, and Power Platform (or other automation tools).
• Strong understand of RDBMS and data modeling.
• Strong data consistency and results logic check.
• Deductive and inductive reasoning.
• Problem sensitivity and ability to learn by asking questions.
• Ability to resolve data issues and provide recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process data requests from various departments and clarify needs for decision making.
• Design and build reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly use.
• Work with users to establish requirements and test reports.
• Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and suggest improvements.
• Provide on-going PBI training and ensure report usage is tracked.
• Audit critical reports and verify data accuracy.
• Test Analytics Database and write user stories.
• Update project management tools as tasks are completed.
