Job summary

SafeRide Health is seeking a Data Analyst to own encounter operations for Medicaid and Medicare Advantage clients. You will bridge clients, business teams, and engineers to turn complex requirements into actionable workflows.

Responsibilities include end-to-end encounter management, generating 837 files, tracking responses, and coordinating issue remediation while reporting performance metrics. This role is remote with flexible hours and offers a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder/customer management across technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience using SQL to support various Business and Data Operations.
• Demonstrated data-analysis skills using Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, or comparable tools.

Responsibilities

• Own encounter-management responsibilities for 6–8 clients.
• Generate 837 healthcare encounter files and submit them via SFTP; track responses.
• Triage and coordinate remediation of rejections with engineering and internal teams.
• Report ongoing performance and SLA metrics and translate data into business decisions.
