Job summary

Peek is seeking a Data Analyst - BI and AI to turn data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and data-driven improvements. You'll work at the intersection of business intelligence and AI-enabled analytics, supporting Product, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership with high-impact insights.

You'll build dashboards, analyze customer behaviors, identify friction, and explore AI tools to enhance how teams interact with data.

Qualifications

1-4 years of BI or Data Analytics experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
Proficient in SQL and a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery).
Experience building governed, self-serve reporting in Looker, Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong data visualization and storytelling; able to convey insights.
Excellent communication across product, marketing, and business teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytic tools using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver data insights.
Analyze activation, conversion, engagement, and retention in core product flows.
Surface opportunities by evaluating funnels, drop-offs, friction, and adoption trends.
Define metrics and track performance for new features and initiatives.
Automate recurring reporting using SQL, DBT, and Python or Apps Script.
Ensure data quality and reliability across reporting pipelines.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for strategy.
