Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in data analysis or related fields, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL/BI tools. Residence in Washington, DC is required for this remote position with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in data analysis, reporting, customer support analytics, or related fields.
• Proficient in Excel with formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for decisions.
• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies or trends.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Interpret findings and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reporting needs.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives through data analysis.
