Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Data Analyst 3 to support the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program. You will coordinate data reporting to CIBMTR, assist with data collection for NMDP, FACT, and other agencies, and work with leadership to ensure accuracy and compliance.

This full-time role involves collaboration with the Data Management and Quality Team, requires Epic EMR experience, and offers hybrid on-site/remote work within UC Davis Health constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience or training
• 1-3 years of experience reporting data to CIBMTR
• Ability to work with electronic medical records (Epic), chart reviews, and data extraction
• Knowledge of hematologic malignancies and non-malignancies
• Administrative skills and ability to exercise good judgment
• Initiative and resourcefulness in making decisions
• Analytical skills to evaluate information and make recommendations
• Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively correspond with co-workers, physicians, patients, caregivers, clinic staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for large volumes of records
• Writing skills and documentation of research data with proper grammar and punctuation
• Ability to meet program scope with supervision amid changing priorities
• Ability to set priorities and adhere to deadlines
• Team player in a diverse workforce
• Working knowledge of various software systems
