Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis, business intelligence, or litigation support.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Experience with SQL or other querying languages.
• Experience working with large datasets (100k+ records).
• Strong written communication and ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Harbor is seeking a Remote Data Analyst to support litigation teams and internal operations by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights.

This role blends structured data analysis, quality control, workflow optimization, and client-facing reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets related to litigation and investigations
• Build reports and dashboards for internal leadership and client deliverables

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or litigation support

• Experience working with legal teams or corporate legal departments
• Understanding of structured coding workflows and review analytics
• Exposure to AI/LLM-assisted workflows
