Job summary

RevStar is seeking a Data & AI Engineer to build greenfield Lakehouse solutions and production-grade AI models. You will work with data scientists, data architects, and client leaders to turn complex data into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions on a multi-cloud stack.

In this role, you will optimize pipelines, operationalize models with MLflow, and implement CI/CD and IaC to ensure robust deployments. Remote-first, full-time W2 with strong engineering mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud-native data engineering with 2+ years hands-on Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow experience.
• High proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark frameworks, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Databricks CLI).
• Active Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Associate/Professional) or Databricks ML Professional certification strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering cloud-agnostic architectures in fast-paced Agile/DevOps consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark and Delta Lake across multi-cloud environments.
• Operationalize AI models inside Databricks using MLflow, and implement production-grade CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform, Databricks CLI).
• Collaborate with data architects, scientists, and client leaders to translate AI data requirements into business outcomes.
• Author clear technical docs and lead seamless handoffs to client engineering teams upon project completion.
