Job summary

RevStar seeks a Data & AI Engineer to turn complex data into scalable, production-ready AI models. You will work with data architects, scientists, and client leaders to shape Lakehouse solutions and modern analytics across multi-cloud environments.

This remote-first role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and collaboration, delivering cloud-agnostic architectures and strong client communication. You will contribute to Databricks-based pipelines, MLflow tracking, and automated deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud-native data engineering with 2+ years of Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow experience.
• High proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark frameworks, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or Databricks CLI).
• Active Databricks Certified Data Engineer (Associate or Professional) or Databricks ML Professional certification is strongly preferred.
• Consulting mindset with experience in fast-paced Agile/DevOps environments and cloud-agnostic architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark and Delta Lake across multi-cloud environments.
• Operationalize AI models inside Databricks using MLflow, and implement robust CI/CD deployments with Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Collaborate with client leaders to translate data requirements into business outcomes and lead handoffs to client teams.
