Excel™ is hiring a Data & AI Analyst for its remote team in the United States. You will analyze data from diverse sources, build dashboards with SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau, and apply AI tools to automate reporting and insights.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex questions into actionable analytics and scalable solutions. The role emphasizes developing innovative analytics workflows and leveraging AI to drive measurable business impact across insurance-related campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
• Strong experience with Tableau and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with Vibe Coding, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar AI development tools.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical analytical solutions.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & BI: Transform data using SQL, BigQuery, Tableau to answer business questions and build dashboards.
• AI, Automation & Reporting Innovation: Use Claude Code and Google AI Studio to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Partnership & Innovation: Translate business questions into data/analytics solutions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
