Excel Impact, LLC in the United States is seeking a Data & AI Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, scalable reporting, and practical AI-powered applications. You will combine data analysis, business intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to solve real-world business problems and drive measurable impact.

The ideal candidate will work with SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, and Python, leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis, automate workflows, and deliver structured data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of hands-on SQL experience in data analysis and/or business intelligence.
• Strong experience with Tableau and BigQuery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with Vibe Coding, Claude Code, Google AI Studio, or similar AI development tools to accelerate analysis, development, research, and automation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into practical analytical and technical solutions.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Business Intelligence: Analyze and transform data using SQL, BigQuery, and Tableau to answer business questions, identify trends, develop insights, and support decision-making.
• AI, Automation & Reporting Innovation: Leverage AI-assisted development and vibe coding tools such as Claude Code and Google AI Studio to accelerate analysis, reporting, development, and automation.
• Business Partnership & Innovation: Translate business questions into data, analytics, reporting, automation, and AI solutions and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
