Qualifications

• Familiarity with ICD-9 and CPT codes.

Responsibilities

• Abstract moderate to highly complex clinical data using established definitions and guidelines; meet reporting deadlines.
• Perform clinical review of a medical record and summarize findings for further review.
• Review patient non-compliance lists and conduct outreach for timely disease-specific and wellness visits.
• Collect and track monthly, quarterly and annual process improvement measures.
• Analyze data with medical staff to identify improvement opportunities.
• Present data in organized formats to facilitate analysis and reporting.
• Provide education to medical staff to enhance performance and documentation.
