Job summary

Lutheran Services Carolinas is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Program Analyst to help protect the organization's information systems, sensitive data, and technology infrastructure. This role supports enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across risk assessment, compliance monitoring, security awareness, incident response coordination, and program development.

Collaborating with IT leadership, business units, and external partners, you will help ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, IS or related field.
3+ years in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or compliance.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, security controls, and risk management practices.
Understanding of HIPAA requirements and privacy regulations.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
Assist in investigation and documentation of security incidents.
Support threat detection, risk mitigation, and vulnerability management efforts.
Coordinate with stakeholders to implement and improve security controls.
