- The purpose of the Cybersecurity IAM Engineer III position is to support the Identity Access Management team for Mosaic Life Care. The Cybersecurity Engineer III will report to the Cybersecurity GRC/IAM Director. This program is responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions to successfully integrate new identity management systems with the existing architecture.
- Configuring connectors, workflows, rule development, and third-party integrations.
- Possessing advanced knowledge in access certifications, access request workflows, delegated administration, privileged account management, and password self-service management.
- Being the technology solution owner responsible for technology selection based on business requirements and emerging threats.
- Driving the design, development, configuration, and implementation of solutions and optimizing solutions to resolve highly complex technical and business issues related to cybersecurity and identity management.
- Being responsible for driving one or more Identity Access Management technology initiatives.
The expectations for this position are:
- Support the strategy, standards, processes, and technology for the Identity Access Management Program.
- Work with various teams to identify gaps in and expand coverage of identity access management controls and capabilities.
- Experience with identity access management technologies supporting Identity Lifecycle management, Access Request, Access Review, Privileged Account Management, Multifactor Authentication, Single Sign-on, and Role-Based Access.
- Lead the development of Identity Access Management standard operating procedures, playbooks, and runbooks.
- Ability to analyze data and communicate malicious behavior discoveries to non-technical consumers.
- Support the strategy, standards, processes, and technology to design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity solutions to protect identities and govern access controls.
- Review and consult on the security of technology solutions to resolve complex technical and business issues.
- Assist in design, development, and implementation to integrate new solutions within the existing architecture.
Duties
- Understand Mosaic’s technology stack to identify points of weakness and opportunities for security solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, and implement solutions to resolve complex technical and business issues related to cybersecurity identity access management.
- Lead the implementation and management of aspects of the identity access management platform.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing, or related field is preferred. Vendor training in software and hardware products is preferred.
- IT/CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional, COMPTIA Network+, Security+, SANS/GIAC, CISSP certifications are preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for senior-level cybersecurity engineer; 5 years for advanced roles, with job-related experience and advanced security training. CISSP or similar certificates are preferred.
