Meditology Services is seeking an Engagement Manager (Cybersecurity Advisory & Execution) to lead high-impact healthcare security engagements, including Security Risk Assessments and HITRUST initiatives. Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years in cybersecurity, IT risk, consulting, or advisory environments.
• Direct experience managing or delivering security risk assessments and HITRUST engagements.
• Experience with SRA, HITRUST, NIST, PCI, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) methodologies and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs.
• Foundational consulting and advisory capability.
• Ability to translate complex technical findings to business risk advisory for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews and discovery sessions applying SME in security risk assessments and HITRUST.
• Apply advisory lens to discuss cybersecurity frameworks and translate findings into business context.
• Coordinate engagement tasks and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Support governance discussions, remediation conversations, and strategic reviews with clients.
• Provide structured, actionable recommendations and maintain engagement QA across lifecycle.
