The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) seeks an Adjunct Faculty member for the Cybersecurity Management and Policy Program to teach remotely. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field and significant professional experience, preferably with certifications like SecurityX and/or SecAI+. - Professional experience in Cybersecurity or related field.
- Required certifications such as SecurityX and/or SecAI+.
- Experience teaching adult learners online is strongly preferred.

- Engage students through frequent interaction that motivates them.
- Guide students in collaboration and application of their learning.
- Provide constructive feedback using rubrics for assessment.
