ManpowerGroup is seeking a CyberArk Architect to lead the enterprise PAM architecture across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will translate security requirements into scalable CyberArk solutions and provide technical leadership through design reviews and solution assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience defining enterprise PAM target-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Strong solution architecture skills for CyberArk components and integrations.
• Proficiency designing secure privileged access controls and lifecycle management.
• Ability to create integration and automation architecture patterns across IT domains.
• Govern architecture delivery by validating designs and providing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Define PAM architecture, strategy, standards, and multiyear roadmap across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid.
• Translate security and regulatory requirements into scalable CyberArk solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture workshops and design reviews.
• Design privileged access models including duties, dual control, and emergency access.
• Collaborate with security, IAM, infrastructure, DevOps, audit to align decisions.
