Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen, resident, or asylee, eligible for access to required information.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting vulnerability management tools.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity field.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated to learn and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Discover and investigate security vulnerabilities including zero days.
• Analyze technical data to assess priority and impact to campus.
• Ensure timely publication of vulnerability measures and reports.
• Improve vulnerability management program and automate processes.
• Share knowledge with risk management and suggest prioritized approaches.
• Assist risk management with vulnerability assessments and related tasks.
• Create reports and documentation for vulnerability management.
• Stay informed on threats and recommend solutions for university tech.
