Jobgether is seeking a Cyber Security Lead – Vulnerability Management in the United States to shape and expand modern cybersecurity services. You will oversee vulnerability and exposure management, drive proactive security strategies, and help establish CTEM, Attack Surface Management, and risk-based assessment.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional cybersecurity experience.
• Strong expertise in Vulnerability Management or Exposure Management.
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities, attack paths, and cyber risks.
• Experience with threat intelligence and risk-based prioritization.
• Solid networking, firewall, and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholders.
• PM and leadership experience; strategic thinking with hands-on mindset.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vulnerability and Exposure Management function, defining priorities and driving improvement.
• Mentor security teams and develop technical excellence.
• Enhance vulnerability management services and establish CTEM capabilities.
• Advance Attack Surface Management with risk-based prioritization.
• Identify vulnerabilities, exposed systems, attack paths, and new cyber risks.
• Integrate threat intelligence and dark web monitoring into decisions.
• Improve security processes and introduce new technologies and methods.
• Collaborate with SOC, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Service Management teams.
• Provide technical guidance on customer projects and resolve complex challenges.
• Manage projects and stakeholder relationships to ensure delivery and strategic alignment.
