Job summary

10a Labs, located in Washington D.C., is seeking a Cyber Investigator to support high-volume exchange labeling and investigations in cyber abuse areas. The role requires a solid foundation in cybersecurity and the ability to assess harmful technical content.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and strong SQL and Python skills. This fully remote position offers a competitive salary range of $80K–$105K.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, Trust & Safety, or related domains.
• Foundational knowledge of cyber threat concepts.
• Ability to assess real-world harm of technical content.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and label AI-generated exchanges for offensive content assessment.
• Investigate policy-violating activity using SQL and Python.
• Document and share investigative findings.
• Respond to escalations and on-call leads.
