Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Production Supervisor-like role for shift Tuesday-Saturday evenings to manage timely processing, rating where applicable, and release of client shipments in a 24/7 operation. You will follow Livingston’s procedures to meet service standards and client commitments, supporting a fast-paced release environment.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, adherence to customs rules, and collaboration with Release Operations and Client service teams.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Create customs entries with correct client records and HS codes.
• Enter shipment data for release and billing.
• Ensure correct duty value based on invoice details.
• Coordinate with Release Import Analyst or client service for missing docs.
• Verify documentation for release conditions and compliance.
• Adhere to SOPs and ESPs; suggest improvements where needed.
• Identify efficiencies to improve client service operations.
• Assist with billing and data entry (ASR) when required.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Utilize automation tools to support release processing.
