The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of learning AGDATA services quickly to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel.
• Able to multitask, set priorities, and manage time.
• Comfortable talking on the phone with clients.
• Explain complex issues clearly in verbal and written form.
• Able to work independently and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer support channels (phone, email, Jira).
• Provide updates and issue statuses to leadership.
• Review POS transactions and apply business rules to format and route data.
• Support Data Operations and Fulfillment activities as needed.
• Assist customers with reporting grower sales data using Data Dimensions.
