Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Customer Care / Customer Success Specialist to join our remote support team. You will assist customers, guide onboarding, and ensure overall satisfaction while collaborating with Sales, Operations, Product, and Billing.

The role emphasizes empathy, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a remote, flexible setting. Start date is immediate with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic under pressure.
• Comfortable using CRM or support tools (training provided).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot common issues and elevate advanced concerns when needed.
• Track and follow up on open support tickets until resolved.
• Proactively assist users in getting the most value from our services.
• Guide new customers through onboarding processes.
• Identify customer needs and recommend helpful features, services, or resources.
• Maintain positive relationships to promote long-term customer retention.
• Log all customer interactions in the CRM or support software.
• Maintain accurate records of issues, feedback, and resolutions.
• Assist with updating knowledge base articles or FAQs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Billing).
• Share customer insights to help improve processes and user experience.
