Job summary

Vocalink Connections, a virtual call center, is seeking Remote Customer Service Specialists to join our growing team from home. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving questions and providing professional, personalized support across the United States.

Requirements include Windows 11, reliable internet, and the ability to set your own hours. Starting pay is $14–$15 per hour with opportunities for advancement as you grow with the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Spanish language skills are a plus and valued
