Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support on the employer’s temporary housing line by assisting policyholders, adjusters, and partners
- Handle inbound calls, processing hotel extensions, and addressing billing-related inquiries
- Enter new housing claims accurately and efficiently into the system
- Monitor inbound email for claim questions, approvals, and new housing requests
- Audit hotel folios and related claims for billing accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, financial services, and insurance products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the insurance or finance industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed performance competencies
- Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
