Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support on the employer’s temporary housing line by assisting policyholders, adjusters, and partners
  • Handle inbound calls, processing hotel extensions, and addressing billing-related inquiries
  • Enter new housing claims accurately and efficiently into the system
  • Monitor inbound email for claim questions, approvals, and new housing requests
  • Audit hotel folios and related claims for billing accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, financial services, and insurance products
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the insurance or finance industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet or exceed performance competencies
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
