Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support on the employer’s temporary housing line, assisting policyholders, adjusters, and partners
  • Handle inbound calls and process hotel extensions while supporting billing-related inquiries
  • Accurately enter new housing claims and monitor email for claim questions and new housing requests
  • Update and maintain the hotel database for accuracy and uniformity
  • Audit hotel folios and related claims for billing accuracy and compliance
Qualifications
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, and financial services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the insurance or finance industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment
