About the Remote Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you'll be a key part of Minted’s support team, working 100% remotely. You'll handle customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat, helping with orders, product questions, and design customizations — all while creating a smooth and delightful customer experience.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels (calls, emails, chats)
  • Assisting with orders, returns, and product information
  • Logging all interactions in their CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Escalating urgent issues when necessary
  • Sharing feedback to improve customer experience
What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (bonus if it’s with a premium or e-commerce brand)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort using technology and working with CRM tools
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask efficiently
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends (flexible schedule)

Bonus Points if you have experience with Salesforce or e-commerce platforms!

Salary & Perks

Pay Range:
$17.61 – $23.12 per hour (based on experience & location)
