Your Role:

• Process, review, and resolve healthcare claims
• Follow policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Research and Resolving Customer Inquiries
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to evolving processes

What You Bring:

• 1+ year experience working with claims (healthcare background required)
• Strong math, logic, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and computer proficiency
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment post-training

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• To be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a single role in healthcare or claims.
• A solid track record of reliability?no absences in your first 90 days.
• Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute.
• A hardwired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps upload / 25 Mbps download).
• A quiet, secure home workspace.
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting schedules.
