Modivcare is seeking optimistic individuals to join as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). You will be the first contact for members' questions about our services, resolving concerns, and ensuring requests are processed accurately and promptly. CSRs follow structured protocols and scripts to maintain consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations. Your daily interactions will support members' journey towards positive health outcomes.
Starting at $18.25/hr
