About the role

Modivcare is seeking optimistic individuals to join as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). You will be the first contact for members' questions about our services, resolving concerns, and ensuring requests are processed accurately and promptly. CSRs follow structured protocols and scripts to maintain consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling reservations. Your daily interactions will support members' journey towards positive health outcomes.

Work from home requirements
  • High-Speed Internet of 25MBPS download and 5MBPS upload (proof required)
  • Ability to hardwire directly to your modem
  • Dedicated, private work area free from distractions
  • Attend 100% of training sessions on camera for the first 30 days
Key responsibilities
  • Document and resolve customer concerns accurately and promptly
  • Follow company procedures diligently
  • Input accurate trip data into systems
  • Maintain high-quality work standards
  • Escalate unresolved grievances appropriately
  • Multitask across multiple systems efficiently
  • Educate members on services and insurance coverage
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • At least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher
  • Ability to handle 100+ calls daily
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously clearly
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
Compensation

Starting at $18.25/hr
