As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable voice of Frosty Jacks. You'll handle inquiries, resolve product issues, and ensure our customers have a positive and memorable experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally
Assist with order tracking, returns, product information, and general inquiries
Document interactions accurately in our customer support system
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, shipping, QA) to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide feedback to help improve our products, services, and processes
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
