A leading financial services firm is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative. This full-time position involves assisting clients with account inquiries, with a focus on communication and problem-solving. Although experience in the financial industry is helpful, it is not a requirement, making it ideal for entry-level candidates.
Financial services firm is currently hiring a remote Customer Service Representative. The position is full time with hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The company offers a full incentive and benefits package that includes; medical, dental, vision, 401k paid time off and a casual office dress code every day.
You will take inbound calls and assist existing clients with general questions about their account(s), notate account, work with in-house departments to resolve any issues, review accounts regarding contracts and reports to match clients with new services. Experience in the financial industry is helpful, but not required.
Requirements:
Comfortable taking inbound calls from current clients in need of assistance.
Basic computer skills using Excel spreadsheets.
Capable of typing 30 wpm or greater.
This is an entry level job, however, experience as a customer service rep, administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary or data entry clerk is a plus.
