Remote Customer Service Rep - Must Reside in New Jersey (Starts 6/16/2025)

Overview
  • Work Location: Remote / Work from home
  • Pay Range: $23.43/hr (fixed)
  • Paid Training Start Date: Monday, June 16, 2025
  • Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm EST
  • Hours of Operation (Post-Training): Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 8pm EST

Note: During training, you will have a set work schedule within these hours.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels.
  • Accurately document interactions and updates in required systems.
  • Identify root causes of issues, determine resolutions, and escalate as needed.
  • Maintain backup information for payment postings as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and suggest process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED, or relevant work experience.
  • Previous call center/customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and good mathematical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize.
Remote Work Requirements
  • Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
  • Hardwired connection (no Wi-Fi hotspots)
  • Internet speed: 25 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload
