What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing scripted responses to alerts generated within fraud detection queues
- Assist in completing lost and stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts
- Build credit card replacement orders and prepare shipping materials
- Develop knowledge and skills to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training and research
- Work collaboratively under close supervision, following established procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 18 months
- Completion of a background check, including criminal check and verification of education
- Must be flexible with work schedules, including mid to late shifts and weekends
- Must have a minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload via ethernet cable connection
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in a fraud or banking-related field
- Experience in dispatch or emergency dispatch roles
