What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Participate in a 5-week intensive orientation to ensure preparedness for the role
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma required; a degree is a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations
- Strong tech-savviness and confidence in using web-based systems
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow through on tasks
- Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
