Training and ongoing guidance are provided, with no prior industry experience required. Responsibilities include assisting with online applications, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, call centers, or other people-focused environments can be helpful, but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with members through scheduled phone and video appointments.
• Learn about individual needs and provide relevant information.
• Explain available options and help members understand next steps.
• Answer questions clearly and professionally.
• Assist with online applications, forms, and digital documentation.
• Coordinate appointment confirmations and follow-up communication.
• Maintain accurate and organized member records.
• Review information for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide consistent support throughout the member experience.
• Work with team leaders when additional guidance or assistance is needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and team development.
