Natera, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support domestic and international customers including medical professionals, patients, and channel partners.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, verify information, schedule mobile phlebotomy where needed, and triage issues for Genetic Counseling staff. This role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, accurate data handling, and collaboration with Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• Multilingual skills are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal and external customers via phone and email to gather missing information for processing test samples.
• Communicate test status per protocol to customers and reschedule tests as needed.
• Process account changes, kit/orders, and track orders; answer inquiries and resolve issues.
