This is a 100% commission-only position and is a 1099 paid independent-contractor role. There is no base salary or hourly pay. Compensation is based solely on sales performance. Average first-year representatives earn $1,500–$3,500+ per week, with long-term residual income potential based on client retention.
Our agency is a partner of American Income Life, serving working families and union members since 1951. We provide life insurance, accident coverage, and supplemental health benefits primarily to union members, associations, and small businesses. We work through established relationships with organizations that trust AIL to protect their members.
