This remote role involves working directly with customers and internal software engineers, focusing on project management and business analysis. This position also requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, with occasional travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or project analysis.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Symitar.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple, demanding projects.
• Must be able to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts analysis of business problems for automated systems.
• Performs analysis to develop design specifications for projects.
• Defines specifications and workflow models for product development.
• Serves as liaison between end users and development during all phases.
