Job summary

Springboard Collaborative invites talented candidates to apply for the Curriculum Editor role. The editor will conceptualize, produce, edit, and analyze content to support Springboard Collaborative programming, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Curriculum & Instruction within the Product & Services department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional editing experience.
• 2+ years of editing or working with K-12 curricula.
• Experience creating and/or maintaining style guides.
• Experience managing editorial workflows and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Edit materials for grammar, punctuation, and adherence to editorial style.
• Analyze materials (print and digital) for clarity, logical flow, repetitiveness, and design consistency.
• Prepare training manuals, guides, and other support materials for conferences and events.
• Maintain style and format guides for various editing projects across media.
• Train internal partners in style expectations and editorial workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to develop high-quality materials and ensure instructional soundness.
