Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking one Curriculum Integration Specialist to ensure all training products, Programs of Instruction, and learning materials remain current, consistent, and effectively integrated across MTT, JCU Cadre, and NCR training efforts, bridging curriculum development, instructional delivery, and operational feedback.

You will coordinate with instructors and the Synchronization Cell to keep content relevant, support the development of new modules, and verify that training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of five years of curriculum development experience using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) / Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodology.
• Active Secret clearance; U.S. Citizen; experience supporting military or DoD training programs.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and maintain curriculum consistency across all training lines of effort.
• Review, update, and validate Programs of Instruction (POI) and training materials.
• Incorporate operational feedback and lessons learned into curriculum products.
• Coordinate with instructors, cadre, and the Synchronization Cell to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Support the development of new training modules and the refinement of existing ones.
• Ensure curriculum products meet applicable standards and contractual requirements.
• Maintain version control and configuration of all training documentation.
• Provide subject matter input to leadership on curriculum effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
