The Resume Database is seeking a remote Curam Certified Technical Architect to support the District s DC Access System (DCAS) implementation. You will lead technical architecture, oversee vendor teams, and collaborate with DHCF stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered per the DCAS infrastructure.

Strong PM and PMP background preferred for complex health services projects. Role requires experience across IBM Curam Social Program Management, Oracle databases, IAM, SOA and AWS Cloud.

Qualificações

• Curam Certified Technical Architect required with governance experience in health and human services.
• PMP certification and health/government project delivery experience preferred.
• Experience with vendor management and multi-stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee DCAS operations and maintenance oversight.
• Lead architecture discussions with vendors and DHCF stakeholders.
• Create time LOE quotes and schedule planning for releases.
• Coordinate planning, code management, and staff oversight.
